Pipe Mounting Pedestal with ER-2A Equipment Rail

  • The Pipe Mounting Pedestals shall include a Portals Plus Equipment Rail, 2 feet long, manufactured of 18-gauge galvanized steel in style ER-2A with continuously welded corner seams at miters, factory-installed wood nailer, and 18-gauge galvanized steel cap with continuously welded corner seams
  • Integral drip edge; a single 24" long steel slide channel attached to "U" shaped mounting brackets secured to sides of Equipment Rail with lag bolts supplied
  •  2", 4", or 6" pipe roller assembly with galvanized 18" long continuous threaded rods to give 12" vertical adjustment, a galvanized removable pipe retainer bracket, a cast iron pipe roller, and a lateral adjust spacer bracket for 12" horizontal adjustment. 
  • Attachment and installation of the Pipe Mounting Pedestals shall be done in accordance with Portals Plus' instructions, the roofing membrane manufacturer's recommendations, and the plans and specifications
