SPECIFICATION

Furnish and install Portals Plus Plastic Breather as manufactured by Portals Plus, Inc., Bensenville, IL, at a spacing of one per 1000 square feet. The Plastic Breather shall be made of High Density Polyethylene (black) with a base flange diameter of 10.5" and a height of no less than 7.75". The stand pipe will have a 5.5" base opening and a 2.5" counter flashing rain cap that will be a locking, vandal proof type.
